Kyros Methodology
Most prospective franchisees who use the Kyros matchmaking service, do not have a specific type of franchise in mind when they first contact us. They like the idea of owning their own business, want to find a concept which will enable them to fulfil their ambitions; often, they believe that if they check out a sufficient number of concepts, they will be able to identify one which is ‘ideal’ for them. They will not!
A key feature of the Kyros service, is the identification of the profile of franchise concepts which could suit the prospective franchisee; this is likely to include: investment level, management or 'job' franchise, home-based or premises-based, B2B or B2C etc.

| How does Kyros work? |
|
Through a series of personal interviews and consultations, Kyros will explore a potential franchisee's motivation for a business, their personal ambitions, the business ambitions and recommend a solution fitting all three, and one which also matches their lifestyle ambitions. This will include:
- Skill-sets
- Lifestyle
- Aspirations
- Financial Expectations

By using this process, the concepts where a prospective franchisee is likely to succeed are identified, and others where this is much less likely (normally because they lack specific experience (eg B2B sales) can be eliminated.
This process can then be further refined to include a "short list" of potentially profitable matches; continuing on to finally produce what should be the best match between prospective franchisee and the franchise concept.
If the concept is proven, and there are reliable induction and support systems in place, a franchisee’s success is normally determined by their own determination, enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to follow the franchisor’s business system.
These latter qualities will apply for any franchisee in any franchise network. | |
